Multilingual Sales Professional Wanted for Web Services Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional fluent in French to join our team at CBT, based in Kenitra, Morocco.
Job OverviewThis is an on-site role for a leading company in web services, offering a competitive salary with performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to build lasting relationships with clients.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, product knowledge, sales presentations and negotiations, collaboration, and reporting and tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Sales Development: Identify potential clients, reach out to prospects, and develop strategies to generate new business for our web services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our web services to clients.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct presentations and engage in negotiations with clients to close deals and meet sales goals.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure client needs are met and sales efforts are aligned.
- Reporting & Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.
- English language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- A passion for web services and technology.
- Competitive salary: 300,000 - 400,000 MAD per annum (dependent on experience).
