We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Professional to join our team in Rabat, Morocco. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and building lasting relationships with clients.
Sales Responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Lead generation and sales development: Identify potential clients, reach out to prospects, and develop strategies to generate new business for our digital services.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our digital services to clients.
- Sales presentations and negotiations: Conduct presentations and engage in negotiations with clients to close deals and meet sales goals.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure client needs are met and sales efforts are aligned.
- Reporting and tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.
- English language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- A passion for digital services and technology.
