This role involves the responsible management and oversight of marketing budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various countries and partners. The Marketing Financial Specialist will be responsible for detailed financial analysis, reporting, and tracking financials related to marketing expenditures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and Track Financials: Monitor and audit marketing budgets spent and claimed by countries and Arrow partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Analysis: Provide timely and accurate financial analysis of marketing expenditures and performance.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring proper classification of expenses.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams across Europe to understand services procured and delivery timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies & procedures, as well as external audit regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or audit, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and communication skills.
