Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Sales Manager enthousiaste et ambitieux pour renforcer son équipe. Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez responsable de la gestion de toutes les activités de vente, de l'établissement de relations solides avec les clients et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies de vente efficaces. Votre objectif sera de maximiser les performances commerciales et de développer significativement notre portefeuille client.
Responsabilités- Développer et exécuter des plans de vente stratégiques pour atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires.
- Encadrer et diriger une équipe de vente, en fournissant formation et soutien.
- Identifier et développer des opportunités commerciales à partir de leads et de recommandations.
- Répondre aux besoins des clients et assurer un excellent service après-vente.
- Analyser les données de vente et effectuer des prévisions tout en ajustant les stratégies si nécessaire.
- Collaborer avec d'autres départements (marketing, finance) afin d'optimiser les performances globales de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer des études de marché pour comprendre les tendances et les besoins des clients.
Requirements
- Diplôme en commerce, marketing ou domaine similaire.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en vente, avec au moins 2 ans en gestion d'équipe.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à créer des liens avec les clients.
- Compétences en leadership et en gestion du personnel.
- Capacité à analyser des données et à prendre des décisions basées sur des résultats.
- Expérience avec les outils CRM et autre logiciel de vente.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers.
