We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining sales records, updating CRM data, and generating sales reports to track progress and provide insights for sales management.
You will become aware of the products and services sold by the company, offer customers information on products and services, assess customers' needs, and provide adapted solutions. Additionally, you will conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products or services, answer questions, and address objections.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, great negotiation and sales skills, and the ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements- Fluent level in French (C1) & B2 level in English
