Imaging Systems Specialist
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver hands-on training and support to radiology staff on imaging equipment operation.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on new and existing imaging systems.
- Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance for imaging system issues.
- Offer expert advice on imaging techniques, patient care procedures, and product capabilities.
- Serve as a clinical expert on imaging equipment, providing guidance on system settings, imaging protocols, and optimal workflow.
- Assist in integrating imaging equipment into clinical workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.
- Analyze and interpret imaging system performance, suggesting improvements for image quality and patient care.
- Demonstrate high expertise in designated Fujifilm products for imaging systems.
- Maintain proficiency in clinical and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate imaging equipment to potential clients, explaining system capabilities and clinical advantages.
- Support sales, product, and marketing teams with clinical expertise.
- Stay updated on regulatory standards and guidelines for imaging, ensuring equipment compliance.
- Perform imaging system calibrations, updates, and quality checks.
- Help facilities meet accreditation requirements and document quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot clinical or operational issues affecting imaging system performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers through consistent support and addressing concerns.
- Perform regular post-installation customer site visits.
- Serve as the primary contact for clinical-related inquiries regarding imaging systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or related field. Certification in Mammography is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mammography and general imaging, with hands-on experience operating imaging equipment.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic, and French languages.
- Expertise in mammography imaging systems and clinical workflows.
- Strong understanding of radiologic principles, patient safety, and imaging protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and team collaboration.
