Join MyOutDesk as an International Business Development Representative, where you will be at the forefront of driving new business opportunities in a fast-paced and exciting environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to build relationships with potential clients. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support, empowering you to succeed in generating leads and growing our client base worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through various channels
Engage in outbound prospecting through voice, email, DM and networking
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries and follow-ups

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal in a US Business Environment
Prior experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is a plus
Strong research and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is desirable
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to adapt to different cultures and build rapport with a diverse clientele
Willingness and Experience working International Business Hours that align with client schedules
