Missions :
- Être le premier point de contact pour toutes les questions relatives aux RH
- Gérer la documentation relative aux RH
- S'assurer que la base de données des RH est à jour
- Publier les offres d'emploi sur les pages carrières, les sites d'emploi et les médias sociaux
- Alimenter la CVthèque pour des besoins futurs de recrutement
- Constituer des sources de candidats en recherchant et en contactant les universités, les agences d'emploi, les recruteurs, les médias et les sites Internet ; en fournissant des informations sur l'organisation, les opportunités et les avantages ; en faisant des présentations ; en tenant des rapports
- Déterminer les exigences des candidats en étudiant la description et les qualifications du poste
- Organiser des entretiens avec la direction en coordonnant les horaires et en accompagnant les candidats aux entretiens
- Améliorer l'attractivité de l'organisation en recommandant de nouvelles politiques et pratiques
- Surveiller les offres d'emploi et les pratiques de rémunération
- Gère le programme des stagiaires en organisant des séances d'orientation, en planifiant les rotations et les affectations, en surveillant les contributions des stagiaires au travail, en encadrant les stagiaires, en conseillant les responsables sur la formation et l'encadrement
- Éviter les problèmes juridiques en respectant la législation en vigueur
- Participer aux différents projets RH.
Profil recherché pour le poste : HR and Recruitment Administrator - Casablanca
- De formation supérieure Bac+4 / Bac+5 en Ressources humaines ;
- Vous avez acquis une expérience RH opérationnelle minimum de 2 ans;
- La maîtrise de l'Anglais et français est obligatoire ;
- Vous maîtrisez les différents volets de la fonction RH et avez une excellente maîtrise de la législation de travail ;
- Vous êtes pragmatique, réactif, organisé et rigoureux ;
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe tout en étant autonome dans votre fonction ;
- Votre sens de l'écoute et du service, votre souplesse d'esprit ainsi que votre excellent relationnel sont indispensables pour réussir dans cette fonction.
