Notre partenaire, une agence de voyages reconnue pour son savoir-faire et sa créativité, recherche un(e) Event Manager afin de concevoir, coordonner et superviser des événements et séjours haut de gamme en lien avec des clients exigeants et internationaux.
Vos missions principales :
- Concevoir et organiser des événements corporate, incentives, congrès et séminaires.
- Gérer la relation client de la conception à la réalisation.
- Coordonner les prestataires, négocier et suivre les budgets.
- Superviser la logistique sur site et garantir une expérience fluide et mémorable.
- Assurer un reporting précis et la satisfaction client post-événement.
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en gestion d'événements MICE, idéalement en agence de voyage ou événementielle.
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, sens du détail et créativité.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans un environnement exigeant.
