Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Manager who will be responsible for supervising a team of administrative agents and ensuring that the objectives set by management are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support and coach the team as well as new employees to build their confidence and develop their efficiency and autonomy (assist, monitor calls, debrief, etc.)
- Set up planning and organization of the team's operations
- Develop appropriate strategies for each of the managed activities
- Produce various performance and statistical reports
- Monitor the team's quantitative and qualitative performance and objectives
- Ensure continuous evaluation of team performance while identifying training needs and tracking career development
- Lead daily team meetings and quality workshops
- Ensure excellent service quality is delivered
- Monitor team members' attendance and discipline
- Participate in recruitment
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's +3/+5 level)
- Required experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Excel
