Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Manager who will be responsible for supervising a team of administrative agents and ensuring that the objectives set by management are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach the team as well as new employees to build their confidence and develop their efficiency and autonomy (assist, monitor calls, debrief, etc.)
  • Set up planning and organization of the team's operations
  • Develop appropriate strategies for each of the managed activities
  • Produce various performance and statistical reports
  • Monitor the team's quantitative and qualitative performance and objectives
  • Ensure continuous evaluation of team performance while identifying training needs and tracking career development
  • Lead daily team meetings and quality workshops
  • Ensure excellent service quality is delivered
  • Monitor team members' attendance and discipline
  • Participate in recruitment

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Higher education degree (Bachelor's +3/+5 level)
  • Required experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Excel
