Rattaché(e) au responsable des opérations, le Team manager technique pilote une équipe de techniciens chargés de support environnement aux utilisateurs de logiciel ERP des grandes organisations permettant de les accompagner dans leur croissance et de faire face à l'hétérogénéité de leurs contextes. TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS Mettre en place les actions nécessaires afin d'atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs définis Suivre les indicateurs internes et établir des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels Faire adhérer l'équipe aux valeurs, objectifs et directives de l'entreprise Assurer l'intégration et la montée en compétences des nouveaux entrants Suivre, évaluer et accompagner votre équipe en définissant en fonction du besoin les axes de progression ainsi que les actions Remonter et suivre les incidents techniques rencontrés sur le plateau

Profil Recherché

  • Formation Bac+2 et plus ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée minimum 3 ans dans l'encadrement d'une activité en réception et émission d'appels et en back office(support technique)
  • Elocution fluide
