We are hiring a Team Manager who will supervise and support a team of administrative agents while ensuring the achievement of the objectives set by management.

Your main responsibilities:
- Supervise, coach, and train team members, especially new hires, to help them develop skills and autonomy
- Plan and organize the team's daily activities
- Design action plans adapted to various projects
- Analyze performance and produce statistical reports
- Monitor performance indicators and quality of results
- Regularly evaluate team members and identify their training needs
- Lead daily meetings and quality-focused workshops
- Ensure a high level of service and discipline within the team
- Actively participate in the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Higher education degree (Bachelor's +3/+5 level)
- Required experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Excel
