Notre client, groupe marocain de premier plan dans le secteur de la construction et de l'immobilier haut de gamme basé à Rabat recherche un Commercial & Contract Manager
Objectif du poste :
Accompagner la phase d'adjudication et le montage des offres en apportant une expertise technique, financière et administrative. Assurer l'analyse des besoins et la proposition de prix cohérents pour les projets.
Missions principales :
Intervenir dès la phase d'appel d'offres pour accompagner la stratégie de réponse.
Identifier et sélectionner les entreprises pertinentes pour la réalisation des projets.
Proposer des prix sur la base des besoins exprimés par le client.
Rechercher et estimer les prix des matériaux de construction (ex. : marbre, électricité, sanitaire…).
Participer activement à la phase DCE en étant capable de challenger les offres des entreprises.
Contribuer à l'analyse des dossiers sur les volets technique, administratif et financier.
Évaluer l'ensemble des éléments du DCE avec rigueur.
Suivre les décomptes.
Profil recherché :
Expérience d'environ 10 ans dans un poste similaire.
Bonne connaissance du marché des matériaux et de la construction.
