Ton rôle

En tant que 
Field Property Manager
, tu es le pilier terrain d'Aurastay à 
Marrakech
.

Ta mission : garantir l'excellence opérationnelle sur chaque logement, de la visite à la satisfaction client.

Tu représentes 
la qualité Aurastay
 auprès des propriétaires, des voyageurs et de nos partenaires.

 
Tes responsabilités

  • Effectuer les 
    visites et audits qualité
     des logements.
  • Conseiller les propriétaires et faire signer les 
    contrats de gestion
    .
  • Lancer les biens : 
    photos, inventaires, publications, suivi des premières réservations
    .
  • Coordonner les 
    check-in / check-out
    , le 
    ménage
     et la 
    maintenance
    .
  • Gérer les imprévus et maintenir un 
    taux de satisfaction élevé
    .
  • Collaborer avec les équipes 
    service client, marketing et direction
    .

 
Profil recherché

  • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome.
  • Sens du 
    service premium
     et 
    excellente présentation
    .
  • Aisance relationnelle en 
    français et anglais
     (autres langues bienvenues).
  • Permis B obligatoire – 
    véhicule personnel souhaité
    .
  • Attitude proactive : tu anticipes, tu proposes, tu résous.

 
Conditions

  • CDI à temps plein
    , basé à Marrakech.
  • Déplacements quotidiens sur le terrain.
  • Horaires flexibles selon les besoins opérationnels.

 
Rémunération & avantages

  • Salaire fixe : 
    à 3 000 MAD nets / mois
    .
  • Primes variables
     : sur les signatures, la qualité et la performance.
  • Évolutions rapides vers des postes de 
    coordination ou de management
