Mission principale : Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'achat et de gestion d'une catégorie pour maximiser la rentabilité et la satisfaction client. Responsabilités: Définir la politique de sourcing et de réapprovisionnement.Analyser le positionnement de la gamme et son impact sur la stratégie commerciale.Organiser la veille concurrentielle et suivre les tendances du marché.Élaborer un plan de sourcing fournisseur et participer aux négociations.Contribuer à la définition de l'offre produit et à sa mise en œuvre en magasin.Gérer le budget d'achats et suivre la performance commerciale.Proposer des optimisations pour améliorer la rentabilité.Anticiper les attentes clients et identifier les opportunités de développement.Piloter des projets et collaborer avec divers interlocuteurs. ProfilFormation Bac+5 en Commerce ou Marketing et communication.3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Category Manager.Excellente connaissance de la gamme de produits "Chambres à coucher".Avoir le sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse.Maîtrise des outils informatiques de type tableur (Excel) ou bases de données.Connaissance des stratégies de l'entreprise en matière de E -Merchandising et d'E -commerce.Anglais professionnel souhaité.
