Le Business Développement Associate – Chemicals contribue au développement de projets industriels relatifs à la valorisation de ressources minérales ou coproduits, pour des applications contribuants à la transition énergétique. Il intervient de manière transverse sur les différents aspects technologiques, industriels, commerciaux et juridiques du projet. Et donc en mesure de contribuer respectivement au choix technologies, au développement industriel et à l'établissement de partenariat commerciaux.

Responsabilités :

  • Participer aux études de développement industriel (faisabilité, conceptuel, FEED..)
  • Participer à la coordination des différentes équipes impliquées dans le développement industriel (Conceptual design, Basic design, EPC)
  • Contribuer à la définition de la stratégie commerciale
  • Contribuer à la mise en place des partenariats industriels et commerciaux stratégiques
  • Maitriser les règlementations relatives au projet ;
  • Explorer des opportunités de projets industriels pouvant s'inscrire dans l'écosystème de Tetraphos et réaliser les études pré faisabilités

Profil recherché :

Formation
: Bac+5 / Grande École (ingénierie, management, économie ou équivalent). Un double cursus ingénierie + business / stratégie est un atout.

Expérience
: Une première expérience en
cabinet de conseil en stratégie
ou en
conseil en management/industrie
. Une exposition aux projets dans les secteurs chimie, énergie, mines ou industriel est appréciée.

  • Solide capacité d'
    analyse stratégique et financière
    (business case, modélisation économique, benchmarking).
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels
  • Aisance dans la
    gestion de projets transverses
    et la coordination multi-acteurs.
  • Compétences en
    négociation et gestion de partenariats
    .

Qualités personnelles
: curiosité intellectuelle, esprit analytique, sens de l'innovation, aisance relationnelle, orientation résultats.
