We're Hiring | IT Support Operator – IAV MOROCCO, Casablanca Office
We are looking for a
hands-on and proactive IT Support Operator
to join our Casablanca team
If you're passionate about technology, love solving problems, and enjoy making systems run smoothly — this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and configure IT infrastructure (workstations, printers, routers, switches)
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software (Windows OS, Active Directory, etc.)
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Implement IT upgrades and coordinate with internal teams
• Support users with incidents, service needs, and recurring issues
• Document configurations, solutions, and procedures
• Collaborate with consultants and team leads to align IT solutions with business needs
• Conduct usability tests and ensure compliance with standards
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in IT or Computer Science
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or network administration
• Familiarity with service management frameworks (ITIL, Agile)
• Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in international/multicultural environments
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven
