Objectif du poste : Le Data Insights Lead est responsable de transformer les données en insights significatifs et exploitables pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques à l'UM6P. Ce rôle vise à développer des capacités d'analyse avancée pour identifier des tendances, des opportunités et des défis critiques à travers les données institutionnelles.
Responsabilités principales :
Analyse de Données : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'analyse de données pour extraire des insights précieux à partir des données institutionnelles.
Reporting et Visualisation : Développer des tableaux de bord et des rapports visuels pour présenter de manière efficace les insights aux décideurs clés au sein de l'université.
Analyse Prédictive : Utiliser des techniques d'analyse prédictive pour anticiper les tendances futures et informer les décisions stratégiques.
Collaboration Interfonctionnelle : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements techniques, académiques et administratifs pour identifier les besoins en données et répondre aux exigences analytiques.
Formation et Support : Former et soutenir les utilisateurs finaux dans l'utilisation des outils d'analyse de données et la compréhension des insights générés.
Gouvernance des Données : Contribuer à la gouvernance des données en assurant l'intégrité, la sécurité et la conformité des données utilisées pour l'analyse.
Compétences requises :
- Expérience démontrée dans l'analyse de données et la génération d'insights dans un environnement institutionnel ou similaire.
- Maîtrise des outils d'analyse de données avancées et des techniques statistiques.
- Compétences avancées en communication, en présentation de données et en gestion de projet.
Formation et Expérience :
- Diplôme supérieur (idéalement en sciences des données, statistiques, informatique ou domaine similaire).
- Expérience significative dans un rôle d'analyse de données avec une capacité prouvée à influencer les décisions stratégiques à travers des insights basés sur les données.
