- Missions
:

· Élaboration et pilotage de la stratégie marketing et communication

o Définir & Mettre en œuvre la
stratégie globale
pour valoriser l'image de marque, promouvoir les produits et services IT, et développer la notoriété de l'entreprise ;

o Réaliser des
études de marché
et une
veille concurrentielle
pour adapter les actions aux tendances et besoins du secteur IT.

· Gestion des campagnes marketing et communication

o Concevoir & Coordonner des
campagnes publicitaires multicanales
(digital, presse, événements).

o Piloter la
création de contenus variés
: articles, vidéos, brochures, newsletters, posts sur les réseaux sociaux ;

o Gérer le
référencement
(SEO/SEA) et
l'e-réputation
de l'entreprise.

· Management de l'équipe marketing et communication

o Encadrer & Coordonner les
membres de l'équipe
, Répartir les
tâches
& Accompagner leur
montée en compétences
;

o Favoriser la
collaboration avec les autres départements
(commercial, technique, RH).

· Communication interne et externe

o Assurer la
cohérence des messages diffusés
en interne et en externe ;

o Développer des
outils et supports
pour informer et fédérer les collaborateurs autour des projets et valeurs de l'entreprise.

· Gestion des relations médias et partenaires

o Entretenir des
relations avec les médias
, Organiser des
conférences de presse
& Gérer les
partenariats stratégiques
;

o Négocier les
budgets publicitaires
& Optimiser les
investissements marketing
.

· Suivi et analyse des performances

o Mettre en place des
indicateurs clés (KPI)
pour mesurer l'efficacité des actions marketing et communication ;

o Produire des
reportings réguliers
pour la direction & Ajuster les
plans d'action
en fonction des résultats.

Profil

- Formation initiale
: BAC+3/BAC+5 en Marketing & Communication

- Expérience
: Au moins une année d'expérience probante dans un poste équivalent
