Yudou RH accompagne une entreprise franco-marocaine en forte croissance, spécialisée dans la gestion de patrimoine éthique, à destination d'une clientèle B2C française composée notamment de chefs d'entreprise TPE/PME, professions libérales, cadres supérieurs, avocats et professionnels de santé.

Dans un contexte de structuration et d'accélération, nous recrutons un Head of Sales confirmé, capable de piloter la stratégie de développement client et de poser les bases d'une future équipe commerciale.

Missions :

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie globale d'acquisition et de développement client,
  • Structurer les process de qualification des leads entrants et sortants,
  • Exploiter les canaux digitaux (LinkedIn, CRM, outils d'automation) pour générer et qualifier des opportunités,
  • Mettre en place un funnel commercial clair, mesurable et scalable,
  • Être force de proposition sur les messages, les cibles et les canaux d'acquisition,
  • Travailler en lien étroit avec les équipes de closing et les fonctions support,
  • Contribuer à la structuration de la fonction commerciale à court et moyen terme, avec une projection de recrutement et d'encadrement d'une équipe.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure Master (commerce, gestion, finance, banque, marketing ou équivalent),
  • Expérience de plusieurs années en développement commercial au sein d'une startup ou structure en croissance,
  • Expérience avérée dans le développement significatif d'une activité (croissance du chiffre d'affaires, structuration commerciale, montée en qualité et en volume des leads),
  • Solide compréhension des environnements digitaux et du travail à distance,
  • Maîtrise des outils modernes de prospection et de qualification,
  • Excellente communication écrite et orale en français,
  • À l'aise avec une clientèle B2C exigeante et à forte valeur ajoutée,
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie, à structurer et à prendre de la hauteur stratégique,

  • Poste en CDI local à temps plein,
  • Basé à Tanger ou mobile sur Tanger,
  • Activité tournée vers le marché français,
  • Travail à distance avec possibilité de fonctionnement hybride,
