The British Council is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service and Sales Officer to join our team in Casablanca, Morocco.

We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Officer to provide a seamless customer experience for our English language and Examination services. This role involves handling enquiries, meeting targets, and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities include delivering consistent customer service, handling enquiries, providing accurate information, and maintaining customer databases. The officer will support high-quality training and testing, ensuring compliance with standards and policies. Achieving monthly sales targets, building rapport with customers, guiding them through the sales journey, and maximizing conversion rates are key aspects of the role. The officer will follow up with customers, handle objections, and gather information for marketing purposes. Support to the Teaching Centre involves registering students, collecting satisfaction surveys, and reporting money collected, while accurately recording all corporate clients and students. Support to Exams includes managing contact, registration, and post-test activities, handling social media enquiries, contributing to customer service indicators, and managing data-entry with accuracy. 

Requirements for the role include a University Degree or equivalent experience, B2 level of English and French, and experience in customer service and sales. Strong communication, problem-solving, IT, and numerical skills are essential. Desirable qualifications include a Customer Service Professional Qualification, sales training, and CRM software experience.

Contract type: 1 year Fixed term local contract as per local labour law.

Monthly basic salary : 9,153 MAD

Other:  This role is open to candidates who have the legal right to work and are located/based in Morocco.

The Customer Service and Sales team operates six days a week with Saturdays and weekday evenings usually times of peak demand. Working schedules are subject to variations to account for activity patterns and will involve unsocial working hours (including late finishes and Saturday shifts)
