Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area for a Sales Specialist. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, responding to customer inquiries, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and participating in market analysis to further business development. The Sales Specialist will also provide product training and recommend tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring alignment with Krogman Metals BV's mission.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with an ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to provide Training to support customers and promote effective use of products and services.
- Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with the stainless steel or metal industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
