Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales CRM Specialist, based in Sidi Allal Tazi with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationship management systems, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and optimizing sales processes. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, maintaining accurate CRM records, managing customer communications, and ensuring seamless project coordination for client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, including data analysis and identifying trends
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and team members
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Project Management abilities for organizing, executing, and delivering results within deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools is preferred
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in a hybrid work environment is an advantage
