HR Business Partner (HRBP)
à Agadir.

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES:

Accompagnement stratégique

  • Agit comme un partenaire stratégique pour les managers, comprenant leurs besoins en gestion des talents, développement des compétences et gestion des performances.

Mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH

  • Applique la stratégie RH de l'entreprise et déploie des processus RH efficaces pour garantir qu'ils contribuent aux objectifs de l'entreprise.

Développement des compétences et des talents

  • Elabore des plans d'action pour le développement des compétences et la gestion des carrières afin de maximiser le potentiel des employés.

Amélioration de l'engagement

  • Met en place des projets pour améliorer l'engagement des collaborateurs, créant un environnement de travail performant.

Conseil interne

  • Fonctionne comme un consultant interne, proposant des solutions RH adaptées aux réalités du terrain et aux défis business.

COMPÉTENCES CLÉS:

Compétences relationnelles et de leadership

  • Communication, leadership, coaching et sens de l'empathie sont essentiels pour obtenir l'adhésion des parties prenantes.

Compréhension business

  • Une solide compréhension des objectifs économiques et des enjeux de l'entreprise est nécessaire pour aligner les actions RH sur les besoins du business.

Analyse et proactivité

  • Capacité à analyser les indicateurs RH, à identifier les tendances et à anticiper les besoins futurs pour proposer des solutions stratégiques.

Polyvalence et adaptabilité

  • Le rôle demande de la flexibilité pour s'adapter aux changements organisationnels et aux différentes problématiques RH rencontrées.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ:

  • Formation supérieure en ressources humaines, management ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en tant que HRBP ou généraliste RH dans un environnement industriel
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles, de communication et de leadership
  • Capacité à analyser les indicateurs RH et à piloter des actions stratégiques
  • Orientation business et sens aigu des enjeux opérationnels
  • Adaptabilité, autonomie et forte proactivité
  • Maîtrise du français, anglais professionnel est un atout
