ART. BRAND, agence créative spécialisée en stratégie de marque, événementiel, design et production visuelle, recherche un(e) 
Chef de Projet Senior
pour rejoindre son équipe.

Vous serez au cœur de la relation client et du suivi de projets, en lien direct avec nos clients, prestataires ainsi que nos équipes créatives.

Mission principale :

Piloter des projets 360° (branding, communication, digital, événementiel) de A à Z. Assurer la satisfaction client, coordonner les équipes internes et prestataires externes et contribuer à la réflexion stratégique.

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer un portefeuille de clients et travailler au maintien de la relation de confiance entre ART. BRAND et ses clients
  • Superviser l'ensemble du cycle projet : briefing, planification, suivi, validation et reporting
  • Traduire les besoins clients en recommandations concrètes et opérationnelles
  • Coordonner les équipes créatives, digital, production, partenaires et prestataires externes
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais et budgets
  • Participer à la définition des stratégies de marque et aux recommandations clients
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance des projets et assurer un reporting régulier

Compétences requises :

Techniques / Métiers

  • Gestion de projets
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Trello, Notion, Google Workspace)
  • Connaissance des budgets et planification financière
  • Maitrise des principes de marketing et de communication

Soft skills

  • Organisation, rigueur et polyvalence
  • Excellente communication et relation client
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et gérer les priorités
  • Esprit d'équipe et leadership naturel
  • Curiosité et créativité

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+5 (communication, marketing, commerce, ou équivalent)
  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en agence ou structure similaire
  • Langues : Arabe, Français et anglais
