Your Role:

  • Sourcing candidates for various open positions across Europe.
  • Screening and shortlisting suitable applicants, presenting them to the client.
  • Matching candidates to the right roles and promoting opportunities to the appropriate candidates.
  • Enhancing current sourcing methods and exploring new channels.
  • Managing the candidate database efficiently.
  • Participating in weekly team coordination and best practice discussions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) with strong English skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within a BPO environment.
  • Proven ability to source talent in specific markets.
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting recruitment KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using ATS systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

  • Candidate-Centric Approach: Ability to empathize with both candidates and clients, ensuring a personalized and positive recruitment experience for all parties.
  • Ownership: Take full responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Conceptual Skills: Understand complex job requirements, market dynamics, and client needs, developing creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Analytical Skills: Use data-driven insights to assess recruitment effectiveness, refine sourcing strategies, and continuously improve processes for better talent acquisition.
