Job Title: Dynamic French Sales Executive - Onsite

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

As a French-Speaking Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the banking, travel, energy, and insurance industries. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients, both new and existing, to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Acquisition: Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in the mentioned sectors, actively seeking potential clients and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of our products and services across various sectors and communicate these offerings effectively to clients.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations with prospective clients. Be prepared to negotiate terms and close deals effectively while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall performance and growth of the company.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to help shape sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, client feedback, and market trends. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to management to inform future sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or C2-level French proficiency, with strong written and spoken communication skills in French to engage effectively with clients.
  • Experience: While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients, understand their needs, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to quickly address customer concerns, providing creative and effective solutions to overcome challenges and close deals.
