Interface est à la recherche d'un Sales Manager passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre une entité leader dans le secteur des services financier. Dans ce rôle, vous serez chargé de diriger les efforts de vente de l'entreprise, en développant des stratégies innovantes pour maximiser les revenus et renforcer nos relations avec les clients. Vous utiliserez votre expertise en vente pour guider et inspirer votre équipe, tout en atteignant et en dépassant les objectifs de performance.
Responsabilités- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente pour augmenter le chiffre d'affaires.
- Gérer et coacher une équipe de vente, en favorisant un environnement de performance et de résultats.
- Identifier et cultiver des relations avec des clients potentiels et existants.
- Analyser les données de vente et produire des rapports pour évaluer l'efficacité des stratégies.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marketing pour optimiser les initiatives de génération de prospects.
- Participer à des événements du secteur pour promouvoir les produits et services d'Interface.
- Préparer des présentations et des propositions convaincantes pour les clients.
Requirements
- Licence en administration des affaires, marketing ou domaine similaire.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ventes, avec au moins 2 ans dans un rôle managérial.
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de persuasion.
- Expérience dans la gestion d'équipes axées sur les résultats.
- Connaissance des outils CRM et des techniques de vente modernes.
- Compétences analytiques solides pour évaluer les performances commerciales.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements requis.
