About the Role: (Marrakech-based)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our online product listings are accurate and up-to-date while also providing friendly and professional support to clients. You will be the bridge between our business and customers, making sure they receive timely, clear, and empathetic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage online product listings across our e-commerce platforms.
  • Accurately input and update product and client data.
  • Handle customer inquiries via email and chat in clear, professional English.
  • Provide empathetic and solution-focused support to clients.
  • Monitor client feedback and escalate issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline support and listing processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client requests with patience.
