Position Overview:

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages in both English and French.
  • Assist customers with booking services, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our services and pricing.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
