General Qualifications:

  • Degree in Logistics/international trade
  • Level of experience : entry level
  • Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French language
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Successful in building relations with internal and external customers

Job Description:

  • Managing daily customer service tasks and interacts with both internal stakeholders as well as external customers/shippers
  • Responding to all requests quickly and accurately
  • Providing quality service to internal and external customers
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries received via e-mail
  • Making outbound calls to track shipment statusResolving issues and notifying customersTracking, tracing, capturing, and updating shipmentsBooking creation and their follow-up
  • Producing, preparing the invoicing and follow-upLoading list and VGM with terminal
  • Shipping's instruction control and filing the manifest
  • Controlling and establishing bill of lading and submitting them to customers
