Nederlandstalige Team Leader – Klantcontactcentrum

Standplaats: Casablanca

Belangrijkste taken:

  • Begeleiden, motiveren en ondersteunen van een team van klantadviseurs.
  • Toezicht houden op de individuele en collectieve prestaties.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van procedures, servicekwaliteit en vastgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Actieplannen opstellen om de productiviteit en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren.

Profiel gezocht:

  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Verplichte ervaring als supervisor / team leader in een klantcontactcentrum.
  • Sterke vaardigheden in teammanagement en prioriteitenbeheer.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Eerdere ervaring binnen een multinational is een belangrijk pluspunt.
