Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Manager. The role is based in Tangier, with an option for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, analyzing market trends, and coordinating marketing campaigns. The role also includes tasks such as creating marketing materials, setting sales goals, leading sales presentations, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Team Leadership
  • Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Market Research, and Campaign Management
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
  • Analytical thinking and proficiency in data analysis and marketing metrics
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the lift and elevator industry is a plus
  • Fluency in both English and French
