About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination between our Sales and Operations teams, while maintaining excellent communication with clients. The ideal candidate will play a central role in managing daily operations, overseeing client onboarding, and ensuring a high-quality after-sales experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the operations associates to ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Ensure efficient communication and coordination between sales and operations departments.
- Follow up on client onboarding and monitor all after-sales activities.
- Handle client communication issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Supervise at least two associates and one trainee under her management.
Candidate Profile:
- Gender: Female preferred (as 90% of our clients are women)
- Education: Bac+2 or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience in coordination and team management
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in digital tools (Excel, CRM, project tracking, etc.)
