Description du Poste : En tant que Technicien Support IT, vous serez en charge de fournir un support technique quotidien aux utilisateurs, en résolvant les problèmes informatiques et en assurant le bon fonctionnement des équipements et des systèmes. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction des utilisateurs et le maintien de l'efficacité des opérations IT.
Responsabilités :
- Fournir un support technique de premier niveau aux utilisateurs finaux par téléphone, email ou en personne.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels sur les postes de travail, les périphériques et les applications.
- Installer, configurer et mettre à jour les équipements informatiques et les logiciels.
- Gérer et suivre les tickets de support via le système de gestion des incidents, en veillant à une résolution rapide et efficace.
- Documenter les problèmes et les solutions dans une base de connaissances pour aider à la résolution future des incidents similaires.
- Former et assister les utilisateurs finaux dans l'utilisation des systèmes et des logiciels.
- Participer à la maintenance préventive des systèmes et à la gestion des actifs informatiques.
- Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe IT pour résoudre les problèmes complexes et améliorer les processus de support.
Compétences et Qualifications :
- Diplôme en informatique, systèmes d'information ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience antérieure en support technique ou helpdesk.
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation Windows, macOS et Linux.
- Compétences en diagnostic et résolution de problèmes techniques.
- Connaissance des réseaux et des protocoles de base (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à prioriser les demandes.
- Certifications telles que CompTIA A+, Network+, ou Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) sont un plus.
