À propos du poste

Nous recherchons un Field Property Manager (FPM) basé à Marrakech, pour gérer et développer sur le terrain notre portefeuille de logements.

Tu seras au cœur de l'opérationnel : visites, contrats, gestion qualité, coordination ménage et maintenance, satisfaction client.

Tu représenteras l'excellence de la marque Aurastay auprès des propriétaires et des voyageurs.

Tes missions principales

  • Rencontrer les propriétaires pour visiter leurs biens
  • Évaluer la qualité, proposer des améliorations et valider la conformité Aurastay
  • Présenter et faire signer les contrats de gestion
  • Lancer les logements (shooting photo, inventaire, publication)
  • Organiser et superviser les check-in / check-out
  • Gérer les femmes de ménage, les urgences, les travaux légers
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité et résoudre rapidement tout incident
  • Coordonner avec les équipes service client, marketing et direction

Profil recherché

  • Organisé(e), autonome, rigoureux(se)
  • Présentation professionnelle et excellente communication
  • Sens du service haut de gamme, œil du détail
  • À l'aise à l'oral en français et anglais
  • Proactif(ve), force de proposition, orienté(e) solution
  • Permis B obligatoire – véhicule personnel souhaité

Conditions

  • Contrat CDI à temps plein
  • Basé à Marrakech (déplacements quotidiens dans la ville)
  • Horaires flexibles en fonction des missions

Rémunération

  • Salaire fixe : 2 500 à 3 000 MAD nets / mois
  • Primes variables sur les contrats signés, la qualité de service, et les performances opérationnelle
