Location: Casablanca

Our DMC is growing and looking for a talented Product Executive to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about designing exceptional travel experiences and creating innovative tourism products, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:


• Market Research & Product Development


• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.


• Design and develop innovative travel products, packages, and experiences.


• Supplier & Partner Relations


• Negotiate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and activity suppliers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.


• Build and maintain strong partnerships with local and international stakeholders.


• Pricing & Profitability


• Prepare competitive quotations and calculate margins for B2B and B2C products.


• Monitor profitability and suggest pricing adjustments when needed.


• Marketing & Sales Support


• Provide product details, descriptions, and selling points to the sales team.


• Contribute to the creation of brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns.


• Quality & Customer Experience


• Ensure all products meet quality standards and deliver a seamless customer journey.


• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:


• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.


• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in product development within the travel industry (DMC, TMC, tour operator, or OTA preferred).


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Knowledge of Moroccan and international travel markets.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and reservation systems (if applicable).


• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
