Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, conducting market research to identify trends, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The role requires proactive engagement with both existing and prospective clients to strengthen the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including client acquisition and relationship management
  • Experience in market research and customer needs analysis
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and executing sales initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the maritime and logistics industry preferred (though not mandatory)
  • Ability to work on-site in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in French and English is highly advantageous; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
