Nous recrutons un(e) Directeur(trice) de Projets Événementiels & Business Développement pour piloter des événements de prestige et des opérations commerciales stratégiques, au Maroc comme à l'international.

Missions:

  • Concevoir, planifier et exécuter des événements B2B : conventions, roadshows, lancements produits, salons, opérations commerciales.
  • Encadrer des équipes pluridisciplinaires et coordonner les prestataires.
  • Définir et suivre les budgets, délais et indicateurs de performance.
  • Développer des concepts innovants au service de la performance commerciale.
  • Participer activement au développement commercial : prospection, appels d'offres, fidélisation.
  • Représenter l'agence auprès de décideurs et renforcer sa visibilité.

Profil recherché:

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en événementiel B2B, activations de marque ou communication commerciale.
  • Solide expérience en business development et gestion d'appels d'offres.
  • Leadership, esprit entrepreneurial et forte orientation résultats.
  • Excellente communication en français et anglais.
  • Capacité à conjuguer créativité, rigueur et stratégie.
