We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Transversal Project Manager  to take on the following responsibilities :

  • About the Role
    Our partner is currently driving a major initiative to standardize and modernize workplace IT services across multiple entities worldwide. As part of this transformation, a comprehensive catalogue of modern workplace solutions has been developed, spanning areas such as workstation environments, virtual desktops, collaboration tools, and meeting experiences. These solutions are being deployed globally to enhance user experience, strengthen security, and optimize cloud-based and on-premise resources.

    Responsibilities
    As a Transversal Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects contributing to this global workplace standardization program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across various technical domains and support units. Depending on project size, you may manage between 1 to 4 projects in parallel.

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Leading and overseeing workplace-related IT projects as part of global transformation initiatives.

    • Coordinating deliverables provided by technical teams across multiple product families.

    • Managing timelines, scope, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

    • Preparing effort estimates for expected deliverables.

    • Developing detailed, itemized project plans (WBS).

    • Tracking project progress and preparing regular status reports.

    • Identifying, assessing, and reporting risks & issues.

    • Ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

Profile required

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within IT operations or IT consulting, with a focus on workplace solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Highly organized, rigorous, results-driven, and self-motivated.

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders in an international environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical experts and process owners.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with modern workplace infrastructure solutions.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based workplace technologies.

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
