- Prendre en charge un portefeuille de créances clients, en assurer le suivi dans le respect des procédures ;
- Respecter les stratégies de recouvrement par client telles que définies sur Onguard ;
- Prendre contact avec les clients ou leurs représentants, de manière à les informer de leurs impayés, à écouter leurs doléances et à en obtenir le règlement le plus rapidement possible, dans un esprit de confiance, de courtoisie et de maîtrise personnelle ;
- Informer les interlocuteurs internes intéressés au suivi clients et à la facturation (commerciaux, assurance, exploitation…) et obtenir de leur part une information adaptée au recouvrement des créances, en particulier dans la gestion des litiges ou des sinistres ;
- Assurer le classement des documents liés à la gestion du recouvrement ;
- Soumettre les échéanciers de règlement, dans le respect des directives du Groupe ;
- Assurer la préparation des relevés de comptes pour les clients et les services internes ;
- Faire l'analyse et le rapprochement des comptes clients ;
- Assurer la préparation des dossiers nécessaires pour les visites selon le besoin des clients- ;
- Effectuer les visites nécessaires pour le déblocage des règlements suivant un planning communiqué ;
- Etablir les remises de chèques et des effets au trésorier ;
- Saisir les règlements de chèques, effets et virements sur fichier de suivi des encaissements ;
- Suivre avec l'encaissement les chèques et les effets retournés impayés ;
- Suivre les retours de prélèvements opérés et assurer les régularisations des rejets en fonction de leurs motifs ;
- Saisir les actions de recouvrement sur l'outil informatique et mettre à jour régulièrement les informations sur Onguard.
