Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e)
Commercial(e) dynamique et orienté(e) résultat
, pour renforcer notre équipe Sales et développer notre portefeuille clients.
Missions principales
- Identifier, prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients B2B (import/export, industriels, transitaires, etc.).
- Gérer les demandes de cotation (RFQ) et élaborer les offres tarifaires personnalisées en coordination avec les équipes opérationnelles.
- Négocier les conditions commerciales et assurer le suivi des propositions jusqu'à la conclusion du contrat.
- Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les clients existants afin d'assurer leur fidélisation et la croissance des volumes.
- Collaborer avec les départements Opérations, Douane et Finance pour garantir la qualité du service et la rentabilité des dossiers.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciale (KPI) et remonter les informations marché à la direction.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale et à la promotion des services FRACHT sur le marché marocain.
Profil recherché
- Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en
Commerce international, Logistique ou Gestion commerciale
. - Expérience de
2 à 5 ans
dans le domaine du
f
reight forwarding ou transit international. - Bonne connaissance des Incoterms, types de transport (aérien, maritime, routier) et de la chaîne logistique.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et relation client.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais professionnel (oral et écrit).
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et idéalement d'un ERP logistique (ex. CargoWise).
- Esprit d'équipe, réactivité et forte orientation résultats / satisfaction client.
